Project consists of 20 No. Units.

We are contracted to supply and install all elements of the timber frame structure, consisting of external walls, all internal partitions, party walls designed to robust detail EWT-1, engineeered floor joists and trusses.

Special Project info:
A) Ground floor constructed with pre-insulated timber joist cassettes on strip footings to reduce cart away from foundation dig, and to provide cost effective alternative to block and beam construction.

B) Party walls built in accordance with Robust Detail EWT-1, for additonal CSH credits.
